TYPOGRAPHIC PROPS

The purpose of this project was to create a set of typographic props for a movie, but with a twist! We were challenged to set the film forward or backwards in time and make our designs match the time period. I set the movie Big Fish in 1920s Germany, focusing on the Bauhaus style. It was a challenge to keep the pieces in this series from looking static and uninteresting, so I used the simple, geometric shapes and angles of the style to add interest and dynamics.
